TeleMental Health is an opportunity for those living in remote areas of Alaska to access therapy resources through audio or video conferencing.

Alaska is unique with the number of remote communities reachable only by air. Coping with life in an isolated town is one factor residents in villages face; limited resources in an extreme environment (physically and socially) compound the challenges. TeleMental Health is a wonderful resource for those in remote communities to access therapy.
